The Awakening is a British horror film that is directed by Nick Murphy and stars Rebecca Hall and Dominic West. The movie came out last year in Britain and it has taken the time since then to make its way across the pond, to us. The reviews have been rather positive so far, so I think I’ll try and catch this one. Sure, it’s that whole “non-believer becoming a believer” thing, but it looks atmospheric and I’m digging the setting.
In order to get people excited for The Awakening, the first 10 minutes have been released (though it looks cut) for the public to view. Looks alright so far, I guess. Check it out August 17th!
