DEAD ALREADY: Get Your Recap On – Ep. 4 and 5 of THE WALKING DEAD

For a couple of weeks there we were a little behind. I guess that the Toronto After Dark Film Festival and those late night “drunk casts” really got to our host, however we are happy to report that we are now officially up to speed with our unofficial Walking Dead podcast. Five whole episodes in… quite a bit has happened. I think that every faithful viewer can agree that this season has been exceeding the action level of the previous two seasons by factors of ten. The gore is hot. The plot… thickens. You better be listening. This isn’t just a podcast. It’s a survival guide.*

While the Dead Already podcast is filled with spoilers this little update reminding you to set your internet radio dial is not and so we won’t get into just how shocking these last couple of episodes have been. The surprises have been plentiful, but so have the questions that need answers. Jeff and Shawn have answers. They may not have the correct answers, but they’ll sound like damn good estimated guesses. These guys watch lots of cinema. They read… … books (with fewer pictures than one might think). They podcast about everything. Take some time out of your week and help put the pieces together about the best thing going for zombie TV.

You can expect more regular Dead Already podcasts a couple days after each show airs going forward.

Remember… Spoiler the TV show, Spare the child… that’s the Dead Already way. Haven’t watched it? Don’t wanna know? Maybe wait till you’ve put your peepers on the latest Walking Dead gore fest.

And guys… heads up… we’re gonna be switching web hosts pretty soon… fairly soon… well,we’ll do it when we damn well feel like it, but we’ll be sure to let you know. Our dear friends at Blog Talk Radio don’t have the quality that our listeners deserve (even if the podcast deserves a ham radio signal). That means you’ll have to make the transition with us and subscribe over at the new site (to be named… ooooo… spooooooky). Until then, keeping tuning in to the JC retro series and Dead Air over and Blog Talk and iTunes and await further instruction. This link will ALWAYS get you to DEAD AIR Save this address in case of Doomsday!

About Jimmy Terror

Dr. Jimmy Terror, more commonly known as James P. Harris, has been “writing your eyes” shut since 2010 with his horror themed blog, Dr. Terror’s Blog of Horrors (whose name is a play on words derived from the Amicus film, Dr. Terror’s House of Horrors). In the early 2000’s he fronted the band The Vaudeville Vampires, a short-lived "Horrorabilly" band which saw the creation of a catalog of horror related songs before disbanding (with only one, six song demo ever being produced and distributed). He has had only one on screen appearance to date in the horror short, Ocean Parkway, as maniacal, gloved killer with a hair fetish. Having done some un-credited, behind the scenes work in some low budget genre pictures, he is currently working on his first foray into screenwriting with a demonic, retro gore entry that pays homage to Lucio Fulci, Dario Argento as well as other Italian masters of the genre.
